Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your payment details are handled by Paddle and subject to their Terms of Service.
Paid reports are delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment. Access is provided via a link to your personalized report page.
Because our paid reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased report, please contact us at ouqingli@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
All content on this Service — including text, quiz questions, constitution descriptions, wellness recommendations, and visual design — is owned by TCM Body Type Quiz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCM Body Type Quiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health decisions made based on our wellness guidance.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the Service operator.
