What we sell

TCM Body Type Quiz offers a one-time purchase of a personalized digital wellness report ($9.90 USD) based on your quiz result. The report is delivered digitally and made available immediately upon successful payment.

Refund eligibility

Because our reports are digital products delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. However, we will provide a full refund in the following situations:

You were charged but did not receive access to your report due to a technical error
You were charged more than once for the same report
The report content was significantly different from what was described

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at ouqingli@gmail.com with:

Your name and email address used at checkout
Your order number (found in your Paddle receipt email)
A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Payment processor

All transactions are processed by Creem (Creem.io), who acts as the Merchant of Record. For billing disputes, you may also contact Creem directly at creem.io/contact.
